Robert Lee Dillard, Sr., 73, passed away October 30, 2015. He was born in Nansemond County, VA to the late Dewey Chappell Dillard and Mary Virginia Bowles Dillard. He is predeceased by his brother Dewey Chappell Dillard, Jr. Robert was a 40 year member of the Suffolk Moose Lodge.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Doris Darlene Dillard; son, Robert "Rob" Lee Dillard, Jr. and wife Suzanne; grandchildren, Zachary Robert Dillard, Anthony Maxwell Shurfield; aunt, Deborah Dillard.

A graveside service will be held at Holly Lawn Cemetery on Monday, November 2, 2015 at 11:00 am with Rev. Tommy Reynolds officiating. Condolences may be registered at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
