Robert "Robbie" Vito Bailey, 68, passed away on November 17, 2023.  He was born in Portsmouth, VA; the son of the late Frederick E. Bailey, Jr. and Rose T. Bailey. He was predeceased by his wife, Teresa Blakley Bailey. Robert enjoyed a lifelong career in automotive bodywork before retiring.

Robert is survived by his sister, Theresa Burden; son, Quinton Blakley and wife, Chelsey; grandchildren, Quinton Blakley, Jr., Michaela E. Blakley, Abbygale G. Blakley, and Alexys R. Blakley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
