Richard Samuel Doughtie, 51 and Eugenie Rose Doughtie, 54, both passed away June 22, 2014. Richard was the son of Phillip Y. Doughtie and the late, Marilee D. Pagels. Eugenie was the daughter of Rosa Leggett and the late Lester Evans and step father, Earnest Leggett. They are survived by Richard's father and Eugenie's mother; daughter and son-in-law, Samantha R. and Vaden D. Robinson, IV; sons and daughter-in-law, Timothy W. and Diana B. Kight, and Phillip L. Doughtie; grandchildren, Timothy A. Kight, Vaden D. Robinson, V, and Caleb R. Marquez; Richard's sisters, Susanne K. Reid, M. Joanne Peele, Sue E. Drake; and Richard's brothers, Stephen P. and Barry Doughtie; numerous nieces and nephew.


A graveside service for Richard and Eugenie will be held Monday, June 30, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Holly Lawn Cemetery with Pastor David Dillon officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the family to go toward funeral expenses. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
