Richard William Brown's Obituary
Richard Brown, 70, of Surry, VA passed away on July 13, 2011. A native of Albany, NY he was the son of the late Henry Brown and Norvella Smith Brown. He was a retired pipe fitter in the U. S. Navy and proudly served his country during the Vietnam conflict.
He is survived by a daughter, Kathy Wilkerson and a son, Richard Foster.
