Richard Dabney Ballowe, 67, of Windsor, VA passed away December 7, 2006. He was a native of Buckingham County, VA and predeceased by his his mother, Margie Alexandria Ballowe and his father, Clinton David Ballowe.

He is survived by his loving companion, Betty B. Davidson of Windsor; daughter, Mindy Sutton Fox; sons, Ricky Sutton and James Sutton; step-daughters, Angel H. Harrell and Tammy D. Barrett; step-son, Tracy Holland; grandchildren, Cory Barrett, Tyler Harrell, Sierra Barrett, Travis Harrell, Madison Harrell, Austin Holland, and Ricky Sutton, Jr.; sister, Alice Taylor; brother, Jerry Ballowe.
