Ralph Warren Oliver, Jr., loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend, and more was born on February 2, 1944 and passed away on April 14, 2013. He was a third generation farmer in Isle of Wight County, an avid hunter, founder of Oliver Hunt Club, and dependable truck driver. He passed quietly at home surrounded by his immediate loved ones.

Ralph is survived by his loyal wife of 46 years, Marilyn B. Oliver; 3 children, daughter, Kim Johnston (Steve), daughter, Michelle Jones (Ronnie); and son, Warren Oliver (Ashley); 7 grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; 3 sisters, Martha Lou, Linda, and Judy; a "second" son, J.V. Oliver; and a host of other family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Whiteheads Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Reynolds and Rev. Terry Morrison officiating. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation Tuesday night from 6-8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.
