Rachael Imogene Paitsel Fulton, 76, passed away April 9, 2021.  She was born in Portsmouth, VA the daughter of the late Cletus Hilton Paitsel and Sylvia Marie Hall Paitsel.  She was predeceased by her brother, Donnie Paitsel.  Rachael formerly worked as a secretary for Prudential Insurance Company.  She also worked as a sitter with Home Instead.  She was a member of Church of God of Prophecy where she served as the pianist and helped in the music ministry.

Rachael is survived by her husband of 52 years, Pastor Ben Morris Fulton; her daughters, Tracy Lynn Fulton Dhane and husband, John P. Dhane, and Jennifer Estelle Fulton McKinney; grandchildren, Christian and Abigail Dhane, Kaitlyn and Cameron McKinney, and Major Sutphin.
