Phillip M. Williams, 66 of Suffolk, VA passed into eternal rest on November 12, 2022. He was predeceased by his father Frank M. Williams, his son Brian Lee Williams, his sister Martha Virginia (Jenny) Twitchell, and his grandson Charles Dustin Williams.

Mr. Williams is survived by his wife of 49 years, Deborah Williams and 4 sons, Charles (Shannon) Williams, Warren (Crystal) Williams, Michael (Michelle) Williams, and Christopher Williams. He also is survived by 3 brothers, John (Monissa) Williams, Frank Williams, and Steve Williams, and sister Nancy (Gary) Byrum. Phillip is also survived by his mother Virgie Williams and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
