Phillip Earl Parks' Obituary
Phillip Earl "Honey Bear, Phil, S2" Parks 69, of Suffolk, VA, passed away on May 21, 2023 in his home.
Phillip was born in Franklin, VA to the late Robert Louis Parks and Rosa Lassiter Parks on March 13, 1954.
Phillip is survived by his wife, Katie Parks of Suffolk, VA; daughter, Tiffany Zimmerman of Newport News, VA; sons, Joshua Parks of Suffolk, VA and Milton Shambley of Newport News, VA; and brother, Donald Parks (wife Diane) of Chesapeake, VA.
A funeral service will be held at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Tom Tuttle officiating. Burial will follow at Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery, 1421 Kings Fork Road, Suffolk, VA 23434. A time of visitation will be held Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
