Peter Steven Judkins, 38, died May 8, 2010, in Honolulu, HI. Peter was a native of Suffolk but has been living in Hawaii the past seven years where he enjoyed being an artist, fisherman and musician.

He is survived by his parents, John T. Judkins, Jr. and Beverly H. Judkins; sisters, Melissa J. Dudney and Angela W. Barrios; brothers, J. Thomas "Tiger Tom" Judkins, III, Darrell C. Wesner, Jr., Timothy N. Judkins, Matthew P. Judkins and Andrew W. Carter. He is also survived by his birth mother, Meredith D. Carter.

There will be a visitation at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, on Sunday, May 23, 2010, from 3 – 5 p.m. A graveside service will be conducted by the Rev. Dr. Keith R. Emerson on Monday, May 24, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery in Surry, VA. Please dress casual for both events.
