Peggy Ann Duval Boyd, 80, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, December 28, 2018.  She was born in Suffolk, VA the daughter of the late Ossie Lee Duval and Daisy Elizabeth Parker Duval.  She was a member of First Baptist Church and the New Hope Sunday School class where she served and supported local missionary trips, helped with teaching Children's Sunday School and VBS when her children were young, served in the infant nursery for many years, member in Women Missionary Union and a member of her Sunday School class,

Left to cherish her sweet memories is her husband of 59 years, Rupert Earl Boyd; daughter and son-in-law, Cindy Boyd Campbell and Carlisle W, Campbell Jr., son, Steve E. Boyd; grandchildren and their spouses, Corey W. B. Campbell and Bethany, Tiffany Hope Santoro and Mike Jr. and Krystal Faith Jermstad and Kenny; great grandchildren, Paige Caroline Campbell, Natalie Grace Campbell, Aksel Ross Jermstad, and Baby Boy Jermstad (March arrival); brother and sister-in-law, Johnny Duvall and Becky and several beloved nieces and nephews and their families.

A funeral service will be held Friday, January 4, 2019 at 2:30p.m. at First Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Thurman Hayes officiating.  A visitation will be held following the service in the church Gathering Area.  Burial will be private at Holly Lawn Cemetery.
