Paul Roy Lowe, 84, passed away January 17, 2022. He was born in Southampton County, Virginia the son of the late Hurley Ray Lowe and Mary Johnson Lowe. He was predeceased by his step-daughter, Debra Martin Lareva; sisters, Eleanor L. Norville, Martha L. Chappell, and Mary L. Joyner. Paul retired after 42 years as a welder for Newport News Shipbuilding. He was a member of Whitehead's Grove Baptist Church.

Paul is survived by his wife of 32 years, Addie Virginia Vick Lowe; step-daughters, Donna K. Post (Lloyd), Eunice Moxley (Edward); step-son, Larry Hemrick (Sarah); 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Monday, January 24, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Whitehead's Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Russell Leonard and Rev. Terry Morrison officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation one hour prior to the service from 1-2 p.m. at the church. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
