Paul Thomas Holland, 93, passed away January 23, 2010. He was the son of the late Dolly A. Holland and Mary Magdalene Byrd Holland. He was predeceased by his first wife, Nancy Louise Holland. Paul was a GS-9 physical science technician for 28 years at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. He was a member of Magnolia United Methodist Church and the Men's club.

He is survived by his wife, Lillian H. Holland; daughters and son-in-law, Lesa H. Justice of Portsmouth, Kim and Michael Keith of Suffolk; son and daughter-in-law, Stanley L. Holland Jr. and Candi of Yadkinville, N.C.; three grandchildren, Wade, Mikie and Stanley III; one great-grandchild, Lucas; sister, Doris H. Pittman of Suffolk; numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral will be held Tuesday, January 26, at 11 a.m. in Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 with the Rev. David Blevins officiating. Entombment will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home Monday, January 25.
