Paul Thomas Hall, 64, of Suffolk , VA passed away December 17, 2016. He was born in Wyoming, MI to the late Verner and Valeria Hall. Paul was a retired Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy where he worked in submarine service. He was a member of First Baptist Church. Paul loved spending time with his family.

Paul is survived by his wife of 38 years, Ivy D. Hall; daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Mark Whitley; sons and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Marie Hall, and David Hall; and grandchildren, Ravyn, Grace, Camden, Hannah, and Gavin.
