Paul John Fowler, Jr, 91, went to be with the Lord on January 5, 2024. He was born in Isle of Wight Co, VA to the late Ruby Howell Knight and Paul John Fowler, Sr. He is also predeceased by his sister, Elizabeth Davis Skelton. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He worked as a right of way agent for VDOT and retired after 50 years. He was a member of Suffolk Christian Church, where he attended the Baracca Class and was a former Sunday school teacher and honored as a Deacon Emeritus. He also served on numerous other boards and committees.

P.J. is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Patsy Massengill Fowler; sons, Paul J. Fowler III (Michele), and Kevin H. Fowler (Virginia); granddaughters, Ann K. and Mary P. Fowler; brother, Stan Knight (Linda); and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

P.J.'s funeral service will be 11:00 am, Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Suffolk Christian Church with Rev. Michael D. Halley officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery with military honors. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Union Mission Ministries, P.O.
