Patricia Joan Thieman, 83, passed away on September 18, 2025. She was born to the late Earl and Blanche Miller Bowen, in Grand Island, Nebraska. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard, and her brother, Ronald. She attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she met the love of her life, Richard James Thieman. She had 2 sons and while raising them, worked as an office assistant. She loved her family, and enjoyed traveling with brother and sister-in-law, Otto and Doris Thiemann. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading. watching her TV shows, and her birthday margarita.

She is survived by her sons, Scott Richard Thieman and Christopher James Thieman; and grandchildren, Clayton, Cullan, and Connor Thieman, and Isabella and Elliana Wilson.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 424 Kings Grant Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23452 with Pastor Matt Prince officiating.
