Patricia Llora Backstrom Chapman, 91, passed away May 22, 2017.  She was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota the daughter of the late Harry Leonard Backstrom and Clara Fenske Backstrom.  She was predeceased by her husband of 69 years, Billy Blanchard Chapman.  Mrs. Chapman was a member of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church in Williamsburg, VA.

Mrs. Chapman is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Cindy Chapman; daughter and son-in-law, Barbara Chapman and Jonathan Miller; grandchildren and their spouses, Nathaniel Chapman (Erin), Rebekah Lunn (Austin), Kimberly van Driel (Edwin), Elisabeth Joyce (Bill); great grandchildren, Graeme and Levi Chapman, Hokan and Rune Lunn, Christiaan and Claudia van Driel.
