Obituary

Pamelia H. Loving, 85, passed away at home on March 11, 2014. She was born in Hope, Arkansas the daughter of the late Charles Thomas Helwig and Winnie Hardin Helwig. She was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Franklin Loving, Jr.; and grandchildren, James Findlay Dunn and Sarah Nicolle Dunn. Pamelia retired from the Executive Program at The Darden Business School at the University of Virginia. She was a former long time member of the Church of Our Savior in Charlottesville, VA and recently joined St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Suffolk, VA. She was also a member of the Farmington Country Club in Charlottesville, VA and Indian Creek Golf and Country Club in Kilmarnock, VA.

Pamelia is survived by her children, Linda Guerttman of Chesapeake, VA, R. Findlay Loving of Orange Park, FL, Catherine Stewart and husband, Dick of Suffolk, VA; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and 1 sister.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, March 14, 2014 at 2 p.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church with Rev. Keith Emerson officiating. Her ashes will be privately interred at Monticello Memory Gardens in Charlottesville. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Western Tidewater Free Clinic, 2019 Meade Parkway, Suffolk, Virginia 23434 or the American Diabetes Association at 870 Greenbrier Circle, Tower II, Suite 404, Chesapeake, VA 23320.
