Pamela Allan Foertsch, born on August 24, 1951, in San Diego, California, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2026, in Windsor, Virginia, at the age of 74.

Pamela was a dedicated accountant throughout her professional life, known for her attention to detail and commitment to her work. Beyond her career, she was passionate about horses, spending countless hours riding and caring for them. This love for horses was something she cherished sharing with her grandchildren, creating lasting memories and passing down her passion to the next generation.

In addition to her equestrian interests, Pamela found joy and tranquility in kayaking, often spending time on the water, embracing the serenity it brought her.

Pamela was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Richard Thomas Allan and Susan Ruth Thompson Allan, as well as her devoted husband, Randall William Foertsch. She is survived by her loving children, Chelsea Martins, Jacob Connor-Foertsch, and Megan Hall (David). Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren, Ethan, Sadye, Seth, Ally, Savannah, Madelyn, Emersyn, Kennedy, Kaladin, Makenzie, and Maverick. Pamela is also survived by her dear sister, Lee Smotherman (Roy).
