Ovella Hall Turner, 83, passed away August 24, 2015. She was born in Rural Retreat, VA to the late James Walter Hall and Nora Margaret Bland Hall. Ovella is predeceased by her husband of 41 years Marvin Steele Turner and nine siblings. She was a retired production supervisor at Lipton Tea Co.

Ovella is survived by her daughter, Janet T. Scott and husband Randy; grandchild, Laurie L. Gust and husband Brooks; great grandchildren, Briana, Jacoby and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
