Otha Thomas Parker III, 77, passed away November 15, 2023.  He was born in Norfolk, VA the son of the late Otha Thomas Parker and Queen Elizabeth King Parker.  He was predeceased by his wife, Linda Farmer Parker and his brother, George A. Parker.  Otha was a United States Army veteran having served during Vietnam.  He later went on to work and then retired as a Longshoreman and a member of the Local 970.

Otha is survived by his sons, Daren Parker (Karen), and Brian Parker; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and sister, Evelyn Maxine Williams.
