Neva Winslow Barrow, 92, of Suffolk, VA passed away on March 11, 2013. A native of Perquiman's County, NC she was the daughter of the late John Elbert Winslow and Hannah Rountree Winslow. She was also predeceased by her husband Erie F. Barrow. She retired after 35 years as a peanut inspector for the Virginia Department of Agriculture.

She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law: Connie B. and Thomas Harrell of Suffolk and Betsy B. Overman of McDonough, GA; a son J. Elbert Barrow of Suffolk; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and a brother, James Winslow.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens, with Pastor Burt Pearce officiating. Friends may join the family at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory on Wednesday evening from 7 – 8:00 p.m. for visitation and at other times at the residence of Connie and Thomas Harrell.
