Natalie Joan Cones, 85, passed away November 19, 2018.  She was born in Ohio the daughter of the late Jasper and Mary Cutchin.  She was predeceased by her son, William "Bill" C. Cones and grandson, Eric Cox.  Joan taught English for Suffolk High School for many years.  She was a member of Suffolk Christian Church where she actively served as a Deaconess, Christian Education Director, and taught Sunday School.

Joan is survived by her husband of 63 years, William Maurice Cones; daughters and son-in-law, Mary Cones Coleman (Mary Beth), Suzanne Cones Cox (Len); grandchildren and their spouses, Chrisi Duman (Aaron); Josh Coleman (Kristin), Amy Suzanne Cox (David), Adam Christopher Cox (Shanna), William C. Cones, Jr.; great grandchildren, Abigail and Bradleigh Duman, Skylar and Tristian Vanderburg; and Olive Drames.

A funeral service will be held Friday, November 23, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Suffolk Christian Church with Rev. Wayne Gardner officiating.  Burial will follow at Holly Lawn Cemetery.  Memorial donations may be made to the Suffolk Christian Church Memorial Fund.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
