Nancy Elizabeth Hines Rawls, 68, passed away January 1, 2012. She was born in Suffolk, VA the daughter of the late Curtis Raby Hines and Mary Louise Duke Hines. She was predeceased by her sister, Pam Stafford. She formerly worked as a bookkeeper for Farmer's Feed and Seed and was a member of Cypress Chapel Christian Church.

Nancy is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Deanna and Donnie Wyche of Franklin; sons, Tommy Rawls of Suffolk, Michael Rawls of Poquoson; grandchildren, Megan, Katelyn, Tyler, Mary, and Desmond Rawls, and Desiree Wyche; brother, Bill Hines; brother-in-law, Doug Stafford; and 2 nieces.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Charles Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Friends may join the family Wednesday night from 7-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
