Morris C. Holland, 98, passed away April 28, 2018.  He was born in Nansemond County, VA the son of the late Ryland Agustus Holland and Nora Clarke Holland.  He was predeceased by his first wife, Florence P. Holland; second wife, Frances P. Holland; daughters, Judy H. Bunch and Elnora H. Barnes; son, Morris "Randy" Holland; and grandson, William T. Bunch, Jr.  He was a member of Liberty Spring Christian Church where he served on the Board of Trustees, was a Deacon Emeritus, served on numerous committees and attended the Men's Fellowship group.

Morris is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Sharon H. and Kim Parham; grandchildren, Clarke Parham, Brent Parham, Laurie Barnes, Aimee Foley, Amber Russell, Michael Holland; 9 great grandchildren; step daughter, Nancy L. Lenz; step son, J. Darden Langston, Jr. (Suzanne); step grandchildren, Hunter Lenz, Thomas Lenz, Lee Langston, Breanne Presson, and Jenna Langston; and 6 step great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Alan Lancaster officiating.  Burial will follow at Liberty Spring Christian Church Cemetery.  Friends may join the family for a time of visitation Wednesday night from 7-8 p.m. at the funeral home.  Memorial donations may be made to the Liberty Spring Christian Church Building Fund.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
