Melinda Joann Moore Napier, 69, passed away December 22, 2017.  She was born in Norfolk, VA the daughter of the late Luther Willis Moore and Melinda Frances Stevens Whitehead.  Joann was a member of Crosspointe Freewill Baptist Church.  She was also a member of the Nansemond River Bridge Club.

Joann is survived by her husband of 44 years, Charles Edward Napier; brothers, Willy Smith, Mark Reichle, and Ricky Moore; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday, December 29, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Crosspointe Freewill Baptist Church with Rev.
