MaryAnn Mathias Rose, 73, passed away August 16, 2020.  She was born in Portsmouth, VA the daughter of the late Jwell and Edna Clark Mathias.  Mary retired as a switchboard operator for Sentara Obici Hospital.  She was a member of the Suffolk Moose Lodge.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Sherrie Taylor; sons and daughters-in-law, Mark Rose (Amy), and Steven Rose (Robin); grandchildren, Amber Herrit, Bridget Rose, Blake Rose, Triston Rose, Celina Rose; and great grandchildren, Kyria Herrit and Lillyana Herrit-Brickhouse.
