Mary Carroll Walsh, 86, of Suffolk, VA passed away on September 18, 2012. A native of Ivor, VA she was the daughter of the late Lee Carroll and Carie Raiford Carroll. She was also predeceased by her husband, Francis George Walsh. Mary was a member of St. Mary's of the Presentation Catholic Church. She was in Customer Service with Central Fidelity Bank for many years and then a bookkeeper at Mar-J Cold Storage.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, David and Mary Ann Walsh of Huntington, WVA; Richard Gary Walsh and Keith Francis and Jennifer Walsh, all of Suffolk, VA; grandchildren, David and Amy Walsh, Ashley Allen, Michael Walsh and Zachary Walsh; great grandchild, Madison Allen; sister Annie Lee Wilroy; one niece and two nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 2 p.m. at St. Mary's of the Presentation Catholic Church with Father Kenneth Wood officiating. Burial will follow at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Friends may join the family for visitation at the funeral home on Friday evening from 7:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.
