Mary Hope Respass Satterfield, 63, passed away November 15, 2018.  She was born in Portsmouth, VA the daughter of the late Mannie Mae and James Vernon Respass.  Mary was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth Satterfield; sister and brothers-in-law, Betty Mailhiot (Bob), Rodney Moorefield; brother, James Respass, Jr.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Donna Satterfield and husband Rodney Stanier; grandchildren, James Satterfield, Kenneth Satterfield, Angel Satterfield, Rodney Stanier, Jr., Ashley Stanier, Valerie Cain; great grandchildren, Elizabeth "Lizzy" Jenkins, Kamilliah Jenkins; sisters and brother-in-law, Judy Moorefield, Peggy Monaghan (Dave); sister-in-law, Connie Respass; a very special friend and companion, Greg Richter, "fur baby" Reba, and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Friday, November 30, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 with Minister Genesis Marcum officiating.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parr Funeral Home and Crematory or Donna Satterfield to pay for funeral expenses.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
