Martha Duck Cobb Delap, 85, of Windsor, VA passed away August 12, 2011. She was born in Isle of Wight County, VA the daughter of the late Martha Carr Duck and John I. Duck,Sr. Martha was predeceased by her sisters: Margaret Louise Duck and Elsie D. O'Meara. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Christian Church.
She retired as a Bookkeeper and went on to be assistant manager of Lake Butler Campground.

Martha is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law: Margaret Cutchins Darden and Bobby of Smithfield,VA; Lynn C. Butler and Johnny of Windsor,VA; and Cheryl C. Gibbs and Mike of Virginia Beach,VA; two sons, George T. Cobb, III of Franklin,VA and John Wayne "Tennie Bug" Cobb of Windsor,VA; five granddaughters: Christine Byrum,Jennifer Cutchins,Katie Cobb, Erica Sartin and Ashley Gibbs; three grandsons: Thomas Butler, Greg Butler and Adam Cobb; nine great grandchildren and two brothers and sisters-in-law: John I. Duck,Jr.and Sandra; Bobby Ray Duck and June, both of Franklin; and a special family friend, Cathi Honeycutt.

Friends may join the family for a time of visitation Monday, August 15, 2011 from 7-8:30 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and other times at the home of Lynn C. Butler. Burial services will be private.
