Our one and only Mark Allen Daniels has gone to be with his Savior Jesus Christ, and the family that has gone before him. Mark passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at the age of 61 years young. He was born in Nansemond County, Virginia and is the son of the late John Earl Daniels Sr. and the late Versenia Adele Griggs Panther. He is also predeceased by his stepfather Henry Modin Panther, his brother John Earl Daniels Jr., his sister Kathy Ann Daniels, and his grandmother Martha Etheral Griggs. He was a talented musician known as the "Guitar Man". He used his music as a tool for his comfort, his creativity, and to inspire those who loved it too. As a young boy he was also an Eagle Scout. Mark is survived by his daughter Christina Renee Harrell, and 3 grandchildren, Alayna, James, and Nevaeh. He is survived by his sister Ginger Parsons and husband Jeff of Windsor VA and brother Brian Panther and wife Sema of San Diego Ca. He is also survived by his nephews Matthew Baker, Jeffrey Parsons, Brandon Panther, Parrs Panther, Sean Panther, and his niece Jessica Cunningham. Additionally, he is survived by many great nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his best friends Clark Nelms, Mike Baines, and Andrew Sebacher, and many other friends who have made Mark's life so meaningful. Mark has left a footprint in our lives and a legacy of love, laughter, family, music, and the inspiration to carry it on. He will forever live on in our hearts and will always and forever be missed. We love you, Mark!

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 16, 2021, between 6pm and 8pm at Parr Funeral Home and a private service will be held for immediate family and close friends. Blue jeans, T-Shirts, and sunglasses are encouraged to honor Mark's memory.
