Marjorie Ellis Leggett's Obituary
Marjorie Ellis Leggett, 68, of Chesapeake, VA passed away September 29, 2013. She was born in Nansemond County, VA to Grace B. Ellis and the late Joe E. Ellis. She retired after many years of service as the cafeteria manager at Deep Creek Elementary School.
In addition to her mother, Marjorie is survived by her husband of 46 years, Bobby R. Leggett, Sr.; daughter, Kimberly A. Thomas; son, Bobby R. Leggett, Jr.; and grandchildren, Jackson K. Thomas and Kerry G. Thomas.
A graveside funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Holly Lawn Cemetery in Suffolk, VA, with Dr. Thurman Hayes, Jr. officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Bon Secours Hospice Care, Bon Secours Hospice, 485 Rodman Avenue, Portsmouth, VA 23707. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com
