Marie Lucille Prickett's Obituary
Marie Lucille Prickett, 99, passed away January 26, 2015. Marie was the daughter of the late Roland George Gavas and Shandrina Alexandria Mendonca. She was predeceased by her husband Stanley Rowen Prickett. Marie retired from Dewitt's State Hospital in Auburn,CA as a Registered Nurse. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Suffolk.
Marie is survived by her daughter, Adrienne D. Collett of Virginia Beach, VA; sons, Jonathan Prickett of Loganville, GA and David Morgan of Garland,TX, 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be held at Southside Baptist Church, 917 Carolina Road, Suffolk, VA, 23434 on February 1, 2015 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Stuart McCarter officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the Southside Baptist Church Benevolent Fund. Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
