Margaret Ethia Miller Whitley, 94, passed away October 23, 2024.  Margaret was born in Hertford Co., NC the daughter of the late William Elliott and Margaret Lilly Miller.  She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, D.W. Whitley and son-in-law, Dr. Steven Heimann.

Margaret is survived by her son, David Ray Whitley; daughter, Treniece Whitley Heimann; and granddaughter, Chelsea Heimann.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery, 1421 Kings Fork Road, Suffolk, VA 23434 with Rev. Tim Rawls officiating.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
