Margaret Louise Klages Bulls, 68, passed away October 26, 2015. She was born in Newport News, VA to the late Bessie Mae Hoggard Carter and Richard Randolph Klages III. Margaret was a member of Oxford United Methodist Church.

Margaret is survived by her husband of 45 years, Robert Eugene Bulls, Sr.; daughter, Stephanie Lynn Gau; son, Robert Eugene Bulls, Jr.; grandchildren, Ashley Ellis, Allison Ellis; great grandchild, Jacob Ellis; sisters, Carolyn Shaver, Dianna Carter.

A visitation will be held Thursday, October 29, 2015 from 7-8 pm at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA, 23434. A graveside service will be held at Holly Lawn Cemetery on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Glenn Riggs officiating. Condolences may be registered at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
