Madalynn Elizabeth Shaffer, 8-month old, daughter of Brittanie and Andrew Shaffer went to be with Lord on October 6, 2019. Madalynn was a happy baby who loved to smile.  In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Kinslie Lynn Shaffer; grandparents, Sherrie and Kenneth Patton, Jeffrey and Marcy Shaffer; great grandparents, Marilyn Shepherd, Eileen and Ernest Behrens, and Alice Shaffer; uncles and aunts, Jacob and Charlotte Patton, Joshua and Cassiy Shaffer, and Matthew Shaffer.  She was predeceased by her great grandparents, Bud Shepherd, Elzora Brown, Robert Shaffer, and Judith Behrens; and uncle, Peter Shaffer.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Fred Gray officiating.  Burial will follow at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.  Friends may join the family for a visitation Wednesday night from 7-8 p.m. at the funeral home.  Memorial donations may be made to the Children's Hospital for the King's Daughters online at https://www.chkd.org/ support-us/donate/ .
