Lottie Anne Johnson Twine, 81, passed away May 27, 2014. She was born in Suffolk, Virginia the daughter of the late Gertrude Trammel and Ernest L. Johnson. She was predeceased by her step mother, Rebecca Johnson. Lottie was a longtime member of Liberty Baptist Church, the Sarah Powell Sunday School Class and the Forever Young group. She was very active in her earlier years working in the nursery, cooking and hostessing for dinners at the church.

Lottie is survived by her husband of 57 years, Billy Lee Twine, Sr.; daughter and son-in-law, Sheree Twine Konstantinou (John); son and daughter-in-law, Billy Lee Twine, Jr. (Rebecca); 6 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.

A funeral service will be held Friday, May 30, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Liberty Baptist Church with Rev. James Gobel officiating. Friends may join the family for a time of visitation prior to the service from 10-11 a.m. at the church. Burial will held on Monday at 12 noon at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veteran Cemetery.
