Today, we honor Lois Thigpen Pond.  Born July 30, 1934 in Duplin County, North Carolina.  Lois now celebrates life with her parents Clyde and Nellie Thigpen; along with her brothers, C.J. and Dusty Thigpen and her sisters, Jean Harris and Joyce Cahoon.  Lois worked at Producers Peanut Co. for 35 years.  After retirement she worked with D&B Baskets as a sales representative.  She loved to travel and meet people.

Lois leaves to cherish her memory her son, Cleve Butts and his wife, Cindy.  Her brothers, Bobby Thigpen (Kaye), and Harold Dunn (Carla).  Lois loved her three grandchildren, Casey Thomas (Chris), Matt Butts (Crystal), Josh Butts (Lindsey); and nine precious great grandchildren, Cayden, Raegan, Cooper, Savannah, Avery, Cambelle, Liam, Meredith, and Henry.

Thanks to the nurses and her care team for showing such compassion and care.  We were blessed to have you.
