Lloyd Edward Egan, 70, of Suffolk, VA went to be with the Lord January 25, 2007. He was born in Cincinnati, OH the son of the late Zella Williams Egan and Charles Egan. Lloyd retired as a chef for the Holiday Inn in Florence, KY. He was a U. S. Army veteran and was a member of Open Door Church.

Lloyd is survived by his wife, Joyce Rita Egan; daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Lonnie Hale of Suffolk, VA, Dora Packer, Annette and Randy Kirkey, Christine and Donald Curry; sons, Donald Hamilton, Daniel Hamilton all of Greater Cincinnati, OH; 12 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren, and one great grandchild due in August; 2 sisters; and 3 brothers.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 28, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Open Door Church with Rev. Tony Peaks officiating. Parr Funeral Home is serving the family. Condolences may also be registered at www.parrfuneralhome.com
