Linda Marie Hiner Byrum, 68, returned to her heavenly father February 5, 2016. Born in Roanoke, VA the daughter of Marvin and Marie Hiner, she was predeceased by her sister, Vera Alice Higginbotham. Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She was a faithful and active member of First Baptist Church in Suffolk, VA.

Including her parents, Linda is survived by her husband of 47 years, Donald Alvin Byrum; daughter, Micki Lin Mueksch and husband, Josef; son, Donald Jeffrey Byrum and wife, Kelly. She is survived by her grandchildren Mallorie Danielle Byrum, Shelby Lynn Byrum, Hope Elizabeth Mueksch and Abigail Marie Mueksch. She is also survived by her sister Jenny Willis and husband, Mike; brothers, James S. Hiner and wife, Belinda, Mark P. Hiner and wife, Jan.

A funeral service will be held Monday, February 8, 2015 at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church, 237 N. Main St., Suffolk, VA with Rev. Michael Turner and Rev. David Edgell officiating. Burial will follow at Beaver Dam Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may join the family for a visitation Sunday from 2 - 4 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory.
