Linda Lee Carver Hansen, 60, of Battery Park, Virginia, passed away on January 11, 2008. A native of Roanoke Rapids, NC, she was the daughter of the late Earl Cordell Carver. Linda was the Manager of Consumer Affairs at Smithfield Foods.

She is survived by her mother, Lee Stewart Carver of Battery Park, VA; a sister Susan C. Edwards of Plymouth, MA; two brothers, Michael E. Carver of Miami, FL and Richard C. Carver of Memphis, TN.

A Memorial Service will be held at Battery Park Baptist Church, 10309 Newport Street, Battery Park, VA on Monday, January 14, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Alan Hogge officiating. A visitation will be held on Sunday, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Battery Park Baptist Church. Memorial donations may be made to Battery Park Baptist Church, P. O. Box 58, Battery Park, VA. 23304
