Lillie Carr Darden, 87, of Carrsville, VA passed away July 17, 2011. She was born in Isle of Wight County, VA the daughter of the late Lillie Idonia Winborne Carr and John Thomas Carr. Lillie was predeceased by her son Edward Talmadge Darden and her 13 siblings. She was a member of Antioch Church.

Lillie is survived by her husband of 58 years, William Edward Darden; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends may join the family for a time of visitation Tuesday, July 19, 2011 from 7-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be private officiated by Rev. Steve Bradshaw.
