Lillian Pauline Griffin, 73, of Suffolk, VA passed away October 4, 2007. She was the daughter of the late Martha Barrett Faison and Doll Baby Faison. She was a member of Great Fork Baptist Church and the Ruth Bible Class.

Lillian is survived by her husband of 54 years, Horace David Griffin, Jr. of Suffolk, VA; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie P. and Roderick J. Manuel of Franklin, VA; sons and daughters-in-law, David W. and Charlotte A. Griffin, H. Michael and Faith W. Griffin all of Suffolk, VA; 5 grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sisters, Edna Eure and Dolly Murphy both of Wakefield, VA; brothers, D.B. Faison of Colonial Heights, VA, and Wilmer Faison of Waverly, VA.

A funeral service will be held Sunday, October 7, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Great Fork Baptist Church with Dr. Donald R. Jones officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
