Leonard Ray Stone, Jr. 79, passed away July 14, 2022.  He was born in Sylacauga, AL the son of the late Leonard Ray Stone, Sr. and Leila Bailey Stone.  He was predeceased by his wife of 43 years, Victoria Cockburn Stone; and his sister, Fredna Stone George.  Leonard was a United States Army veteran having served during Vietnam.  He later went on to work and retired as a technician for AT&T.

Leonard was a loving and devoted father.  He is survived by his children, Virginia May Stone and Leonard Ray Stone, III; his sister, Cynthia Stone Stewart (Donald); and several loving first cousins.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Holly Lawn Cemetery with Rev. David Sexton officiating.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
