Leona Darlene Sexton Daugherty, 75, of Windsor, VA passed away November 2, 2008. She was born in Marion, VA the daughter of the late Nona and Auther Sexton. She was also predeceased by her daughters, Patricia and Barbara Huffman. Leona was a member of Suffolk Church of Christ and the Ladies of the Moose Chapter #1315.

Leona is survived by her husband of 18 years, Alben B. Daugherty of Windsor, VA; daughter and son-in-law, Shirley A. and Sam Clark of Corapeake, NC; son and daughter-in-law, Michael C. and Robin Huffman of Zuni, VA; grandchildren, Ronald L. Chittum, Jr., Deborah C. Simpson, April M. Huffman, Michael L. Huffman; five great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; half sisters, Marie Autrey, Jackie Ellison, and Nancy Duck; half brothers, Thornton David Sexton, and Richard Sexton.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens with Rev. Skip Francis officiating.
