Kenneth "Kenny" Ira Odom, 62, passed away September 2, 2018.  He was born in Nansemond County, VA the son of Betty Jean Kelly Odom and the late Benjamin John Odom.  Kenny was a mechanic and loved to tinker with machines and motors.  He was a member of Victory Gospel Chapel.

In addition to his mother, Kenny is survived by daughters, Amy Christine Odom, Allison Meredith Odom; grandson, Christopher Michael Dolloff; sister, Susan K. Garrett (Pete); brothers, Thomas E. Odom (Donna), Steven M. Odom (Joan); nieces, Katy Martorana, Elizabeth Odom; aunt, Sue Parr; uncle, Clyde E. "Buck" Kelly and numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of life visitation will be held Friday, September 7, 2018 from 7:00-8:00 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4416 Expressway Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23452.  The family wishes to thank Courtney Brown and Joan Odom for their loving care of Kenny.  Condolences may be registered online at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
