Kenneth S. Marshall, 83, passed away on October 29, 2025. Born in Suffolk, Virginia, he was the son of the late Shirel B. Marshall and Margaret Anna Hingerty Marshall. A proud United States Marine Corps veteran, Kenneth served during the Vietnam era. Before his military service, he attended Richmond Polytechnic Institute and Frederick College, and after returning home, he continued his education at Paul D. Camp College. He later retired as an inspector with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).

He is survived by his brother, Bertram C. Marshall; cousins, Betsy Blanks, Amy Sollenberger, and Brandon Talley; along with many other cousins and extended family members.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 2 p.m. at the Windsor Cemetery, officiated by Rev. R. Samuel Askew. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Condolences may be shared at www.parrfuneralhome.com.
