Kathryn E. Pond, 83, passed away March 4, 2025.  She was born in Portsmouth, VA the daughter of the late Ordean V. and Eunice G. Ervin.  She retired as a packer from QVC.  She was a member of Riverview United Methodist Church in Rescue, VA.

Kathryn is survived by her husband, Jeffrey G. Pond, Sr.; daughter, Jenny Counts (James); grandsons, Michael D. Walsh (Sarah) and James "C.J." Counts, III (Emma); great granddaughter, Aria Walsh; and special friend, Wanda Davis.
