Kathleen Mary Kinsey Deans Williams, 104, was the daughter of the late Robert H. and Emma Ansell Kinsey. She was predeceased by first husband Robert R. Deans, second husband James L. Williams, brothers William H., Robert E. and Edward J. and sister Hazel L. Kinsey. She is survived by daughter The Rev. Kay Steele; granddaughter The Rev. Carol Steele (The Rev. Dwight Christenbury); great grandchildren Kaisa and Dean Christenbury; and stepson James L. Williams, Jr.

She was active with the Beazley Babes Dance Group associated with the Beazley Senior Citizens Center, the Eastern Star, and a member of the Simonsdale Presbyterian Church. Her family gives thanks to God for her very special friend Sylvia Anderson, often assisted by her husband Ben, of Suffolk, who graciously, generously and lovingly ministered to her daily in recent years.  Thanks also to Maria and Jay, night shift nurses at Lake Prince Woods, and hospice nurses Jenny and Devon. The Rev. Carol Steele and The Rev. Dwight Christenbury will lead her memorial at Parr Funeral Home, Suffolk, August 3 at 11 am followed by interment at Olive Branch Cemetery in Portsmouth.
