Katherine Diane Harris Logan, "Baby Katie" to family members, passed away January 2, 2022 in Virginia Beach from Covid. Born December 12, 1990, she was a rambunctious and fearless child. She attended school at Forest Glen and King's Fork in Suffolk, where the principal nicknamed her "Grandma" because she protected and defended anyone who was bullied. She obtained a degree in Forensic Science while working with her Mother in the family cleaning business. She was a member of Holland Christian Church where she helped with children's church. She was married to Arthur Logan for 9 years with whom she had 1 child, Axel, while helping to raise Arthur's two other children, Jr. and Natile, from a previous marriage. Katie is predeceased in death by her grandparents Judy Harris, Tony and Colleen Wright, and her brother, Michael Harris, Uncle T.J. and Great Uncle, James (Shorty). Left to cherish her memory are Husband, Arthur Logan, son, Axel R. Logan, step-children, Arthur "JR" Logan, Natile (Tubby) Logan, parents, Robert and Cindy Harris of Carrsville, brother David (Spring) Harris of Wirtz, Virginia and sister Christina (John) Ford of Montvale, Virginia, grandfather Robert Harris Sr., as well as several nieces and nephews. Katie was a wife, mother, daughter, sister as well as a friend to all. She will be loved forever. "DADA LUV HE BABY."

A graveside service, officiated by Rev. Carl Dunlow, will be held on Monday, January 17, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Holland Cemetery.
